開放式和針閥式熱流道的區別其實很簡單，開放式熱流道系統是靠注塑周期完成以后，模具型腔產品在模具模仁保壓冷卻開模瞬間靠開模力將熱流道澆口拉斷的，有的含一點冷料把有的澆口小若針尖。而相對于針閥式來說，它則依靠注塑注射周期完成以后通過外部電磁信號輸入的氣壓、油壓驅動閥針進行動作封膠的。
